@ Melisssa - Right now, LOC requirements are posted here:

https://www.pocacoop.com/join-POCA

and in the actual registration for membership page.  So folks are seeing POCA LOC requirements twice before joining.

We will also add a link to the LOC requirements to the LOC page itself, as we are able.
