POCA Events Policy: Intoxicating Substances
All POCA members and participants at POCA events are expected to act responsibly in regards to use of potentially intoxicating substances. Acting responsibly means acting within all local and state regulations that pertain to said substance. Acting responsibly also means behaving in ways that do not aggravate, annoy, or endanger others.
Any POCA event attendee found aggravating, annoying, or endangering others will also be asked to leave. In the event that an intoxicated person is asked to leave safe transportation will be arranged that the person leaving, but the person leaving will be responsible for all costs incurred for this transportation.
POCA does not supply alcohol or other potentially intoxicating substance for sale or gratis at any of its events.
